REALM Consortium Meets in Split for General Assembly

From 23–25 June 2025, the REALM consortium held its General Assembly in Split, Croatia, hosted by RISE – Research and Innovation Services. Project partners participated both in person and online to review progress, discuss ongoing activities, and plan the next phase of the project.

Over the course of the three-day meeting, partners presented updates across the project’s work packages, reviewed the latest developments of the REALM platform, and discussed technical, strategic, and management topics.

Looking ahead to the final phase of the project, partners also worked together on planning upcoming communication and dissemination activities, including the final REALM event. A dedicated outreach workshop explored opportunities to maximise the project’s visibility and impact, while an exploitation workshop led by Dr Ivana Vuka (RISE) focused on strategies for sustaining and exploiting the project’s results beyond its lifetime.

Alongside the formal programme, the General Assembly provided valuable opportunities for partners to exchange ideas, strengthen collaboration, and continue discussions in a more informal setting during networking activities in Split. The discussions and agreements reached during the General Assembly will help guide the next phase of the REALM project.
